Today our theme for Explore Your Archive is #archivesrock. And don’t they just?! There are great music and art collections and there are also surprising treasures in unexpected collections. From musical scores and song lyrics to oil paintings and doodles, archives contain amazing artefacts.
Archives are also a great source of inspiration. Many authors, screenwriters and researchers use the stories they find within archives and artists can be inspired to create new interpretations. Have you been inspired by an archive collection? What have you created as a result of archive research? Have you discovered anything particularly beautiful or unusual?
