Tomorrow, Wednesday 12 September, is Green Day at The National Archives! We will be celebrating our environment between 10:00 and 14:00 and learning how we can all better look after it .
One of the highlights of the day will be tours of the grounds, including the chance to meet our beekeeper and taste some of the delicious honey. Tours will be available at 11:00, 13:00 and 14:30 and numbers on each will be limited. Places will be offered on a first come, first served basis. You will be able to sign up on the day at our biodiversity stand in our reception area.
If you cycle to The National Archives, you can have your bicycle security marked by Surrey Police, who will also be on hand to provide security advice. And, if your bike is in need of a little tender loving care, bring it along for Dr Bike to look at.
Other stalls and activities will include an eco-drive smarter driver simulator, along with arts and craft recycling.
We look forward to seeing you!
